Reactor
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine and food industry. Used to achieve curing, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process.
Structure:
Reactor consists of the reactor body, tank cover, jacket, agitator, transmission, shaft seal device and supporting legs.
Working Principle:
Through the electric heating pipes to heat conducting oil to the required temperature, and then the oil will transfer the heat to the materials in the reactor to start the reaction.
The temperature controller controls the thermal oil temperature and materials in the reactor, to achieve complete automation
